A new dawn.
After being the creative lead for numerous client projects at NOLTE&LAUTH I set off to build a Brand & Communications division whose main focus was to establish the company's positioning in the field of digital transformation. This translated in the development of a strategy for external and internal communications which should strengthen both our business development and our employer branding.
Just within a few months my team and I executed several photo-shootings at our offices, breathed new life into the company's corporate design elements, created strategies for case studies and reworked the new business pitch deck. One of the biggest milestones to date was launching our new website.
Another crucial part of my job is the invention and implementation of new communication formats, which allow the employees to regularly share their knowledge and experiences. As a part of this, I am giving talks and workshops on Presenting and Digital Storytelling.
Furthermore, I had the pleasure to organize alongside our HR Director our main company event "Connect". All of our 120 employees came together for three days to learn, discuss and develop new ideas under the motto "Inspire. Grow. Create."
