Commerce meets Customer.
To strengthen the Bosch Home & Garden brand, we wanted to turn users into brand ambassadors and drive sales through a Next Generation Platform. We invented a new digital ecosystem that connects all aspects of modern customer experiences.
The combination of product information, DIY project tutorials, user-generated content and eCommerce – wrapped in the newly designed Bosch corporate design marks the first step in this ecosystem. Here, we can individually meet the users needs through the integration of a complex and specially developed content strategy. The launch of the new platform is scheduled for early 2017.
My role as the Creative Director was to develop a storyline and the initial look and feel – based on extensive research – as well leading the team in the first sprints of this project.
