From Product to Brand Experience.
In the summer of 2013, we were approached by Aptamil – Danone's leading European brand for early life nutrition – to build a new digital connection program. The goal was to expand the customer lifecycle and build sustainable one-to-one connections with the brand's customers.
We created a digital ecosystem for young parents and parents to be – including digital services, product information, apps and content about early life nutrition.
In my role as the Creative Director, I was responsible for the initial pitch, the digital branding, the design of the new platform, the imagery, the coordination of our team as well as third-party providers such as the ATL and BTL agencies, who adopted the new digital style we created.
